東京電力と東北電力の管内、１５％節電開始
政府は１日、東京電力と東北電力の管内の大口の電気利用者に、去年夏と比べて１５％の節電を義務化する「電力使用制限令」を発動。中小企業などにも１５％の節電に協力を要請。また、経産省は、電力需給見通しが厳しい場合には警報を出して節電を呼びかける。
