BP is attempting to place the first 100-ton dome in hopes of containing oil from one of the leaks...  BP says flow could be as much as 25,000 barrels a day... BP has abandoned plans to add a chemical dispersement at the flow... Getting the three containment domes in place are just a temporary measure... The number of litigants lining up to sue BP is growing as fast as the oil slick.
