Podium Canadian Medical Association The Canadian Medical Association held its 143rd annual meeting from August 22nd to 25th, 2010, in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The theme of this year’s conference was “Change that Works. Care that Lasts”. The Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, addressed the general council on August 24th. In her speech, Minister Finley discussed the federal government’s commitment to health promotion programs.
