Captain Pounder decides to test Spin’s ability in following orders and assigns Spin to deliver a top secret package to Mayor Aria.  The easy assignment gets complicated when Spin and Tinny have a run in with the notorious Manx. All three end up trapped on the Safety Net and their only way out is to work together! Manx of course betrays our hero, and leaves Spin and his young buddy Tinny stranded. Thankfully, Spin's quick wits kick into gear and he's able to devise a rescue plan that gets them back on the Trax and rolling. They deliver the package with no time to spare, but quickly learn its contents weren't quite what they expected.
