新台灣國策智庫檢討ECFA一周年成效
兩岸經濟架構協議（ECFA）簽署滿一周年之際，新台灣國策智庫特別召開一場座談會，檢討ECFA簽署一年來對於台灣經濟的影響。新台灣國策智庫董事長吳榮義表示，去年台灣投資中國金額成長一倍，今年第一季又繼續增加65%，反觀外人來台投資去年減少兩成，今年第一季又再度減少34%，顯示台灣並未因ECFA而沒有得利。
