栃木、群馬県境で突風 停電や建物被害も
２１日夕方、栃木県と群馬県の県境周辺で突風が吹き、栃木・足利市で倉庫のトタン屋根が吹き飛んで電線が切断され、一時２１１世帯が停電した他、屋根やアンテナが破損する被害も。隣接する群馬・邑楽町でも、木の枝が折れたり、屋根瓦が飛ばされたりした。
