One year ago Wednesday, President Obama signed into law the massive health care overhaul. 12-year-old Marcelas Owens lost his mother in 2007 after she lost her health insurance and died from pulmonary hypertension. Owens joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss why he’s fighting for health insurance for all. (Mitchell Reports)
