Hip Flexor Stretch
Each time we take a step, we engage a group of muscles called our hip flexors. These muscles are also kept in a shortened position when we sit. For these reasons, it is incredibly important that we stretch this muscle group. With this simple stretch, we can let go of tension, increase flexibility, and ultimately this helps with posture as well.
