Author Alexander McCall Smith has turned librettist for his latest work — a musical version of "Macbeth" set among a troop of baboons in Botswana’s Okavango Delta. Alexander McCall Smith, Librettist and Author saying "Baboon behaviour is very competitive, they're very keen on status, and many of the issues that we see in the play Macbeth, we find in that particular sort of animal society, which is really rather interesting."
