京葉線運転見合わせ、乗客５百人線路歩く 変電所で火災
３０日午後１時５１分ごろ、東京都江東区のＪＲ東日本の変電所で火災が発生し、停電し、ＪＲ京葉線は東京―蘇我駅間の上下線で運転を見合わせた。新木場駅の東３００メートルで下りの列車（１０両）が立ち往生し、クーラーが切れた車内で乗客約５００人が閉じこめられた。乗客は線路上を歩いて同駅に避難した。
