Overall this is a decent product, but my son doesn’t like them so I end up eating them.  It's basically freeze-dried fruit that kind of melt in your mouth. It sounds weird but they taste all right (at least to me). They are pretty small so there's no choking hazard, it's just a matter of getting your kid to eat them in the first place.
