LOL! This chinese highschool teacher really loves to rule by ruler! Is she going to punish them all? I did some research to this and to my surprise corporal punishment (for example) in British state schools, and also in private schools receiving any element of public funding, was banned by parliament as recently as 1987, in the remaining private schools it was banned in 1999 in England and Wal More..es, 2000 in Scotland, and 2003 in Northern Ireland.   Here in Finland corporal punishment has been unlawful in schools since 1872. ;)
