霍震霆稱申辦亞運會開支應視作投資
港協暨奧委會會長霍震霆表示，應將申辦亞運會的開支視作投資，而非支出，他希望透過今次機會，留給市民更多體育設施，同時可提高本港運動文化及水平。 被問到政府支持申辦2023年亞運會，而非2019年，霍震霆說，本港興建體育設施，需要經過較長程序，本地運動文化亦有待提升。運動員可能因此有等較長時間，但起碼有時間表及路線圖。
