This video contains clips from two different videos regarding liner fishing in Japan. The video starts with the fish being caught on the liner. The workers are under bureaucratic control because of their uniforms that correspond to work station and they are heavily monitored by supervisors. Later in the video when the fish are brought to the processing area and market the workers have much more freedom and control over their actions and decisions concerning the fish, so therefore it is no longer bureaucratic control.
