This episode has no place at this point in the storyline.  The igloo scene with Team Rocket (Rocketto-dan) was heavily edited. There is a scene cut of Meowth (Nyarth) lighting candles with a match while Jessie (Musashi) explains how good the snow-rolls were, and one shot of Meowth holding a lit match was painted out and replaced with a candle. All shots of Meowth and Jessie lighting matches and holding lit matches were cut. Altogether, 24 seconds were cut from this scene.
