Benoît Pelletier, a constitutional law professor at the University of Ottawa, discusses five conditions linked to the Meech Lake Accord that still have not been met. He also comments on the situation in the House of Commons with the deadline for an agreement on access to Afghan detainee documents only hours away. Clinton Archibald, a professor at St. Paul University, analyzes issues raised in the House of Commons.
