Good Morning. It’s Thursday, July 14, 2011. At this hour, U.S. equity futures are mixed. Overseas, the Asian markets were mixed, while the European markets are lower. Moody's puts U.S. AAA rating on review for possible downgrade. Peabody Energy (NYSE:BTU) and ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MT) note the announcement by Macarthur Coal (ASX:MCC) which states that the parties agreed to a process for due diligence. Key Energy (NYSE:KEG) is set to acquire Edge Oilfield Services and Summit Oilfield Service. Comerica (NYSE:CMA) announced that its application to acquire Sterling Bancshares (NASDAQ:SBIB) has been approved by the board of governors of the Federal Reserve System. Worldwide PC shipments surpassed 85.2M units in the second quarter of 2011, a 2.3% increase from the same period last year, according to preliminary results by Gartner (NYSE:IT). GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE:GSK) and Human Genome Sciences (NASDAQ:HGSI) announced that the European Commission granted marketing authorization for their lupus treatment drug, BENLYSTA.
