I’m loving it. My friend and I have been sitting on the lawn chairs, outside, watching and listening to the birds. Nature is noisy, here. I love Spring and Fall, when the windows are wide open and all that lovely noise fills the inside, too. Yum! What does Heart have to offer, here? I come to you empty, once again - simply not knowing - trusting the flow. It works out so nicely most times, but it still feels kinda funny - opening your mouth with not a clue what will come out. Try it, sometime. Just in the privacy of your own room or home, turn on the webcam and just speak. See what comes out. A neat experiment might be, for those that like such things, to center in head, first. Yeah, in head. Record that for 10 or 15 minutes or whatever. Then try the same thing, only this time - you guessed it - center in Heart. I’m starting to capitalize the word, now - to get more the flavor of what I mean. Heart is really divine - or at least the portal or contact for That. If you’re a meditator, especially, I just know that you’ll sense the very real difference of the head recording and the Heart one. When we truly center in Heart first, then speak - well, you often get surprised. There’s no explaining this so that mind will understand. It’s an experience, though, that is open to all.
