民主・自民・公明、子ども手当見直しを協議
民主・自民・公明３党の政調会長は１６日、子ども手当の見直しなどをめぐり、協議を開始した。高額所得者への支給を制限するかどうかが焦点。合意できれば、成立のメドが全く立たなかった特例公債法案にも自民・公明両党が賛成する環境がほぼ整うことになる。
