Leandra’s Law helps curb DWI 11-18-10
One year ago, tougher drunk driving laws were signed into the books by the governor. "Leandra’s Law" makes it a felony to drive drunk with a child under 16 in the car. It also requires anyone convicted of a DUI to get a breathalyzer device installed in their car.
