醫管局建議引入「社區治療令」 強制治療精神病患者
葵盛東邨早前發生精神病患者斬人案，醫管局的檢討委員會發表報告，提出多項改善建議，包括仿傚外國引入社區治療令，強制病情不嚴重的患者與家人同住或者定期覆診，另外又建議政府部門互通病人資料。
