Real estate website Zillow filed to sell 3.46M shares in an initial public offering expected to price between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. Concurrent with the closing of the offering, existing investors, including funds affiliated with Technology Crossover Ventures, have agreed to purchase from Zillow in a private placement the number of shares of Class A common stock with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $5.5M, at a price per share equal to the initial public offering price. Citi is acting as the lead underwriter, with Allen & Company, Pacific Crest, ThinkEquity and First Washington as joint managers. Shares of the company will trade under the ticker symbol 'Z'.
