This is an animation I did for a 2D animation class. I ran out of time to finish it so that's why there's no sound effects and most of the characters aren't done. It was actually rendered in 3ds Max with a render effect for the cartoon cell shading and then I used Afterburn for the explosions. The Story is loosely based off of the Jedi Academy series where Han Solo and Kyp Durron were escaping the Maw Cluster with the Sun Crusher, a fighter designed by the scientists who came up with the Death Star that has almost indestructible armor (it was only damaged by the Death Star Superlaser and destroyed by a Black Hole) and it is outfitted with torpedoes that start a chain reaction in a star which will explode causing the destruction of an entire solar system. The characters and events have been changed. The music is by X-Ray Dog
