范徐麗泰：區議會功能組別開放關連人士參選可考慮
全國人大常委范徐麗泰表示，區議會功能組別開放給區議會有關連的人士參選的建議，值得考慮。她不認為建議令參選人士名不符實，因為如果這些人不瞭解區議會運作，不會選出，她更加關心這個界別在立法會如何有貢獻。 范徐麗泰出席一項活動後被問到特首在政改方案的過程中是否「廢廢地」，她認為特首的參與度不低，特首私下應該做了很多東西，但他的崗位不能在事情未成熟時就作出公布，否則會影響他自己及他的管理團隊。
