烏干達全國為炸彈襲擊死難者哀悼一周
烏干達首都兩間直播世界盃決賽的場所受到炸彈襲擊，74人死亡。總統穆塞韋尼宣布，全國由今日起哀悼一星期，政府建築物和駐外使領館下半旗，向死難者致哀。 同阿蓋達有聯繫的索馬里反政府武裝組織「伊斯蘭青年運動」承認責任，聲稱是為了報復烏干達派遣維和部隊到索馬里，並威脅說，會發動更多襲擊。 聯合國安理會和秘書長潘基文強烈譴責事件，呼籲將兇徒繩之於法。
