Emerging Artists": It sounds like an advertising slogan and was indeed dreamt up by the Berlin marketing bureau.The 6000 international artists who currently live and work in the German capital were invited to submit work for a show that would feature creations by 80 unknown artists in a dilapidated venue facing demolition.
