黃靜文：料政府秋季就取消區議會委任制問題提建議
政制及內地事務局副局長黃靜文在本台《城市論壇》表示，立法會通過政改方案，有賴立法會議員堅持民主理念，透過理性的對話及溝通，行出了一步，下一步工作是本地立法。 她說，近日不同黨派提出有關提名門檻的建議是10或20人，並無超過20人。至於黨派關心選舉經費，政府會作出考慮，並在下月19日的立法會政制事務委員會上，諮詢議員意見，預料今年秋季，政府可以提出建議，並提出取消區議會委任制，讓議員討論。 民主黨副主席劉慧卿希望，市民積極參與明年的區議會選舉，又預期會有更多知名人士參與這次選舉，以進軍立法會，民主黨初步與普選聯商討區議會功能組別議席問題，認為提名門檻應是10人。
