炎炎夏日正是水果成熟時，果肉香甜又多汁，份外誘人，但悶熱天氣，偏偏令人食慾銳減。今日的大廚嘉賓就選用了香氣撲鼻的時令芒果，加上鮮甜蝦仁及色澤鮮艷的青、紅、黃椒，炮製一道醒胃菜式「香芒彩椒炒蝦仁」。Annie主理的「今晚食乜餸」，同樣以當造的菠蘿入饌，一道「菠蘿甜酸雞球」，鮮嫩的雞髀肉加上獨門調製的酸甜汁，保證令人食指大動。至於是日「煮」角，有搞笑能手林子善示範「日式炒烏冬」，子善早前在劇集《怒火街頭》中一反搞笑形象，飾演斯文律師，「扮正經」對他而言是否一大挑戰？
