No charges to be filed against cop for 2008 shooting
Pamela Goode received a call Wednesday afternoon from the District Attorney’s Office stating that no criminal charges will be filed against the cop who killed her son, Timothy Goode.  Timothy was shot and killed by Officer Anthony Avery in Germantown on Jan. 12, 2008.
