配合香港特區政府近年大力推動電子學習，一向在教育界及商界之間扮演著中介人的角色，並提倡學界善用資訊科技、分享及交流教學經驗的香港教育城,進行了一項以香港教師及家長為目標群的意見調查，以探討其於選擇及/或購買電子學習資源時的模式及習慣。
