本地住宅樓市自從零三年沙士，從谷底回升。零八年金融海嘯，令樓市在之後數月淡靜下來。但零九年中，又重拾升軌。而樓價上升的速度，更令一般人吃不消，並相信樓市泡沫經已形成。 政府曾經推出多項壓抑樓價的措施，但樓價在資金推動下，仍然易升難跌。近期銀行界和金管局分別表示，息口回升，可能比我們想像的更快。若息口急升，買樓成本上升，需求會減少。不少人擔心，是否樓市轉勢的開始? 記者：許健星/周少芳
