バンクーバー五輪まで64日 カーリング日本代表が合宿 チーム名は「CRYSTAL JAPAN」に
バンクーバーオリンピックまであと64日。4年に一度のスポーツの祭典へオリンピックムードも高まっている。一方、オホーツクからの冷たい風が吹く北海道でも、オリンピックへの準備が着々と進んでいる。カーリングの日本代表・チーム青森が国内最後の合宿を行った。2カ月後に迫った大舞台を見据える。そして、チーム名もオリンピック仕様の「CRYSTAL JAPAN」に変更した。目黒萌絵選手は「クリスタル、その由来は努力の結晶を表すことなので、積み重ねてきたものを出したいなという思いも強まりました」と話した。本橋麻里選手は「技術面での修正は、オンアイスで集中して。あとは心の準備をこの2カ月でしていきたいと思います」と話した。
