The well known phrase says that "Life is like a box of chocolates.  You never know what you’re going to get." describes life pretty well. And yet, there are times when life is really more like a roller coaster, The view from the top is incredible, but we don't stay there long. Soon, we're plummeting toward the bottom, twisting and turning and sometimes, not even knowing for sure which way is up. So how do we handle it when life ties us up in knots like a game of twister?
