國統局：國內外不少問題將影響全年經濟走勢
儘管國際上經濟復蘇比較緩慢，歐洲的債務危機仍在蔓延，國內也 面臨著自然災害多發的重大挑戰，但是中國經濟總體上還是保持了高增長、高就業、低通脹這樣一個良好的發展態勢。這說明中央爲應對國際金融危機制定的方針政 策和宏觀調控所採取的措施是科學的、有力的、有效的。 國家統計局新聞發言人盛來運回應全年經濟增長能否「保八」的提問時表示，上半年經濟快速增長11.1%，爲實現全年的預期目標打下良好的基礎；但是必須注意國際經濟環境複雜多變，國內還存在不少問題和困難，他們都會對經濟的走勢産生一定的影響。 他強調，還要堅持積極的財政政策和適度寬鬆的貨幣政策，要根據新情況、新問題增強政策的針對性和靈活性，把握好宏觀調控的力度、節奏和重點。
