On the call side, Blackstone Group (NYSE:BX) calls are trading at close to 8 times their average volume on news that the company could be planning several acquisitions. VirnetX (NYSE:VHX) calls are trading over 6 times their average volume after an analyst upgrade. Xerox (NYSE:XRX) calls are also very active today, trading at close to 5.5 times their normal volume. Calls on The Gap (NYSE:GPS) are trading at 5.4 times their average amount after the company announced plans to expand into Africa. Finally, Radian Group (NYSE:RDN) calls close out the list at over 4 times their normal volume after several investors bet bullishly on the company.Taking a look at the put side of the ledger, Accenture (NYSE:ACN) puts are currently trading close to 15 times their average volume despite having their price target raised by analysts. Lender Processing Services (NYSE:LPS) puts are also very active today, trading at 8.5 times their average volume. EMS Technologies (NYSE:EMS) puts are trading at close to 6 times their average volume ahead of their quarterly earnings report. Amylin Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:AMLN) puts are trading at close to 5 times their average amount several investors cut their stakes in the company following the loss of a deal with Eli Lilly (NYSE:LLY). Finally, Toyota Motor (NYSE:TM) puts close out the list at 4.8 times their average amount.
