Samuel L. Jackson concocts a formula for laughs in this comedy about a disgraced kilt-wearing chemist who creates a powerful drug that places him in the crosshairs of cops and criminals alike. 'Formula 51' is 51 times more potent than crack, but trying to sell it on his own leaves the crafty Jackson on the run from crazed skinheads, corrupt cops and a gorgeous assassin.
