Amanda Seyfried is Lenobia, and Matt Smith (better known as the Eleventh Doctor) is a Czech vampyre called Eliás Svboda, whom Erce knows and asks for help in the final battle against Neferet and Kalona. Eliás is an extremely powerful vampyre with the ability to control electricity, electric currents and electromagnetic waves, and is the High Priest of the Prague House (the only man to ever hold the position or to have such a powerful affinity). He has dark cherry-red hair (almost brown), dark grey eyes and stands at 6ft2. Lenobia and Eliás meet in San Clemente. She swears she's never met him before, but as the story unfolds, he struggles to keep the secrets of their intertwined pathways away from her.   Here's the link for the story: Some chapters of this fic are harder to understand if you haven't read the one that Elias was created for, which is called "Resurrected", and is by me also, so check that out if you get confused, Elias appears from Chapter ten or so onwards.
