BofA Cuts Citi, Goldman Sachs
Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAC) downgraded Citigroup (C) and Goldman Sachs (GS) stock today.  The firm cut both stocks from buy to neutral, citing its expectations for a weaker first quarter than in years past, although it does expect the first quarter to be an improvement on the fourth quarter.
