The new Hands On Lab Intro to WF4 is quickly becoming a hit. As I mentioned in the getting started video, this lab is a prototype designed to test the idea of producing a lab experience directly inside of Visual Studio. Since I released this, a number of people both inside and outside of Microsoft have asked me how I created it.
