American Reprographics Company (ARP) is down 15.75% today after the company lowered their EPS and operating cash flow projections on weaker-than-expected demand for reprographics services.  Venoco (VQ) is off 13.44% after accouncing 2011 guidance and saying they will file a prospectus supplement under which it may from time to time sell an aggregate of up to $75 million of its common shares through an "at-the-market" share offering program.
