13 - For the Sake of Love Miaka and Tamahome have admitted their feelings for each other, but their newfound love may be short-lived as an agent of Kutou appears, telling them that unless they give up Tamahome they will continue to terrorize the villages in the area. Despite Miaka’s protests, Tamahome leaves by himself for Kutou, promising to return to Miaka when the Suzaku Seven are all assembled. Thus begins Miaka's next journey to assemble the Suzaku Seven, and with the help of a magic mirror from Taiitsukun that can detect the location of Suzaku Seven members, it seems that she'll have no trouble finding everyone else. Miaka, Nuriko, and Hotohori learn just how wrong this is when they journey to Mt. Reikaku, a place full of a gang of bandits who easily capture the trio.
