DRAM廠茂德科技減資85%
DRAM廠茂德科技(5387)於六日上午召開董事會，並於當天下午由茂德發言人曾邦助宣布決議：減資85%並以讓債權人以債入股及引進策略投資者現金兩種方式增資，藉此調整財務結構。以上將提報於8月26日臨時股東會，由全體出席股東表決。《SB1 茂德發言人 曾邦助除了減資以外，另外還有兩個新的增資案。第一個就是讓債權人用以債入股，另外一個就是引用新的策略投資者，那麼這個是由現金投資的，以這兩個來改善整個公司的財務結構。》
