本台偵查報道發現新樓盤窗台愈建愈大 買家需付數十萬購入
有建築測量界批評，近年新樓盤窗台愈建愈大。 本台委託測量師量度幾個樓盤，發現窗台深度普遍達2. 4呎，面積相當於房間「內攏面積」約兩至四成。 有正發售現樓貨尾的發展商，更將窗台納入「實用面積」計算，全屋窗台價值數十萬元。 測量師學會產業測量組上任主席潘永祥批評，部分樓盤包裝豪華，但單位內的大窗台影響實用空間。他指出，政府寬免窗台不計入地積比率，但發展商則可計入建築面積出售，成為發展商興建大窗台的誘因，認為當局應該檢討，例如取消窗台寬免。
