張建宗預計最低工資落實後小部份低層員工失業
勞工及福利局局長張建宗預計，最低工資落實後，小部份低層員工會因此而失業，局方會向他們提供協助，例如提供再培訓等。 張建宗在出席一個電台節目後呼籲，在最低工資落實前，僱主不要作出過大反應，因為仍有一段時間才落實，現階段應保持良好的勞資關係。 張建宗又表示，在最低工資推行前，局方會向僱主多作宣傳，亦會在不同特性的行業，如施遊及飲食業等，透過勞工處定出行業指引及措施，確保勞資關係不會因最低工資實施後轉差。
