Four family support projects in the west coast of Scotland are going to benefit from £2 million lottery money. 71 year old Murray McNicol from Coatbridge says that The Parkinson’s Self Help Group has improved his quality of life by helping him get out and about and by giving his wife respite from being his full time carer.
