真夏の熱戦、水合戦
会津坂下町で１日、雪合戦ならぬ「水合戦」があった。水入りのゴム風船をぶつけ合う団体戦で、町商工会青年部の若者たちが考案した。 ７回目の今年は、過去最高の６０チーム３００人が参加。町外からが半数を占め、東京や仙台など県外からも７チームが駆けつけた。 ヘルメットを着けて水風船を投げる我が子に、親たちは「流れ弾」を浴びながら熱い声援。見事、標的を捕らえると親たちの笑顔もはじけた。
