ＩＡＥＡ閣僚級会議始まる 事務局長が演説
福島第一原発の事故を受け、オーストリアで２０日、原子力の安全について話し合う国際原子力機関（ＩＡＥＡ）の閣僚級会議が始まった。会議の冒頭、天野事務局長は「事故からできるだけのことを学び、安全性を高めるため行動しなければならない」と訴えた。
