Alpha Gang has taken the D-Team hostage, and stolen their dinosaur sidekicks, leaving little hope for the children to escape their enemies' top-secret island headquarters.  Held captive alongside the island’s youngest residents, they learn more of Dr. Z's plan to enslave a dinosaur army and thereby gain world domination. To thwart his plans-and stop his misuse of the dinosaurs they care so much about-our heroes must first escape captivity and somehow leave this dreadful island. No sooner do they reach its surface, however, than they realize that the entire island is moving over the ocean's surface.
