When you have a voice as pure and sweet as Nevada City’s Alela Diane, you don't need a flashy complicated video to get your point across. Diane's latest video for the song "Every Path", from her album To Be Still, is as simple as it gets. The video opens with the lovely songstress sitting on a stool in front of a big stained glass window with the sun beaming in, giving the video a sense of warmth. There is something sort of alluring going on in this one. It may have something to do with the lighting, or the close-up shots of Diane playing, or perhaps just the lyrics themselves.
