教育新聞:體虛吹冷氣壓力大致「虛火」
超過八成人表示因壓力及生活習慣等，過去半年曾出現熱氣徵狀，逾五成人會選擇飲涼茶「下火」，三成表示自己或身邊人曾因喝涼茶而感到不適。專家表示，不應胡亂飲涼茶下火，應諮詢註冊中醫師意見。
